August Leadership Expands in Mexico City

Ms. Hyde brings over two decades of expertise in executive search, board leadership, and governance, with deep expertise in private equity, venture capital, financial services, and family businesses, helping build investment and high-yield management teams, and advising funds globally.
Ms. Hyde began her executive search career at PER, expanding the firm into Latin America and managing projects across Asia, Europe, the U.K., and Mexico. Following PER, she was an associate principal in industrial, energy and private equity at Heidrick and Struggles, and later served as principal at CTPartners, where she helped establish the firm’s financial services, private equity, and energy practice in Mexico City. After that, as a partner at Caldwell, she specialized in financial services, private equity, and industrial practice areas. Before joining August Leadership, Ms. Hyde founded Hyde & Seek, an executive search and leadership advisory firm.

Recent Addition in Thailand
At the end of last year, August Leadership of Wolfgang Heinrich as partner in Thailand. Mr. Heinrich is a seasoned executive and business economist with over 30 years of management experience, specializing in the direct selling industry and global market expansion. His track record spans over 300 search assignments across 20 countries, and his industry expertise covers consumer goods, FMCG, automotive, defense, direct selling (B2B/B2C), retail, transport, equipment & tools, and biotechnology. Mr. Heinrich set up numerous subsidiaries in Asia, located and appointed strategic sales partners for growth champions and played a key role in strengthening their brands and position in the region. He has experience with global know-how transfer, detecting local business practices, formulation of workable growth strategies, including global account management, and winning over and retaining local talent.

Before joining August Leadership in June to spearhead the firm’s legal offerings, Mr. Tannous was previously with Major, Lindsey & Africa where, for 13 years, he leveraged his relationships with senior management and partners at law firms across the U.S. to enhance the success of individual lawyers’ goals, as well as firms’ business and legal objectives, including expanding the legal offerings and sectors that they serve.
