Focus Search Partners Recruits CHRO for EyeCare Services Partners

Focus Search Partners, a Vaco company, has recruited Cory Rose as the new CHRO of EyeCare Services Partners in Dallas, TX. Ms. Rose brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational strategy, and leadership development. He of experience driving business-minded people initiatives for rapidly scaling VC backed startups, and maturing global PE backed and public organizations across various industries. As a pivotal member of the executive team, she has built and led People functions, guiding them through hypergrowth, optimizing their talent strategies and fostering world-class cultures.
Ms. Rose is a transformational HR leader with over 19 years of experience driving business-minded people initiatives for rapidly scaling VC backed startups, and maturing global PE backed and public organizations across various industries. As a pivotal member of the executive team, she has built and led people functions, guiding them through hypergrowth, optimizing their talent strategies and fostering world-class cultures.
Ms. Rose previously served as the senior vice president of people for The Aspen Group (TAG) headquartered in Chicago. TAG is a PE-backed multi-brand retail healthcare company. Prior to TAG, she served as senior director of people ops & total rewards at both Chime and Udemy, and spent time abroad as senior director of HR business partners at Delivery Hero in Berlin, Germany. As a passionate advocate for innovation, she contributes to PeopleTech Partners – an early stage advisory and investment group that leverages the insights of current People Leaders operating in top tier businesses to accelerate the growth of companies in their portfolio. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor to several early-stage HR tech startups including Abra, Aura Finance, Chorus Sleep, DadoHR, OpenRoute, and Thatch.
