Amrop Appoints Co-Leader of the Global Consumer & Retail Practice

March 21, 2025 – Amrop, a global leadership advisory and executive search partnership, has named Kelly Freeman as new co-leader of the global consumer & retail practice. Based in Toronto, Ms. Freeman will co-lead the practice together with Lucie Shaw in the U.K., who continues to serve in this function since 2021. “Kelly’s strong sector expertise and North American frame of reference add valuable elements to Amrop’s global practice team,” the consortium said.
Ms. Freeman is a partner at Amrop Rosin in Canada, leading the talent business, with a focus on retail, consumer goods, financial services and technology. With extensive sales and marketing experience, she is focused on building a premium experience within mid-management search, leveraging the strategic focus of executive search and customizing for the emergent talent tier.
Prior to joining Amrop Rosin, Ms. Freeman was a seasoned marketing executive spending over 13 years across Canadian and global retail and consumer packaged goods organizations. With a strong focus on consumer understanding and consensus building, her direct and transparent style ensures clarity and expectations are well established for all searches.
