Altair Executive Search Launches

February 23, 2023 – Veteran executive search consultant Shawn Woessner has launched Altair Executive Search in Minneapolis, MN. Altair was founded to cater to small- and mid-market organizations as they look to find top-quality talent to drive significant enterprise value.

Together, they developed Woessner & Associates into a leading Minneapolis boutique search firms. In 2010, they sold the practice to DHR Global and established its Minneapolis office. In 2017, Mr. Woessner joined Odgers Berndtson and served as managing partner and co-head of the U.S. financial officer practice.
