Alexander Mann Solutions Continues Growth, Hires Two Key Leaders

December 3, 2018 – Alexander Mann Solutions, a London-based talent acquisition and management services firm, is continuing its expansion, with Jonathan Harding joining the organization as chief commercial officer this month and Neil Jones coming on board as regional head of APAC in January.

Mr. Harding will lead Alexander Mann Solution’s commercial function as well as taking on responsibility for the growth of its public sector business.

In all, Mr. Harding has more than 20 years’ of international cross-sector experience. He joins Alexander Mann Solutions from Qatar Airways in Europe, where he served as senior vice president, commercial. Previously, he was chief operating officer of U.K. Trade and Investment. Before that, he held senior commercial leadership roles for Virgin Atlantic in Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career he served as a solicitor for Beaumont and Son.

Experienced Talent

Mr. Jones, who brings significant experience in the APAC region, has upwards of 20 years’ experience in the sector. He has spent the last 12 years with the Adecco Group, holding a variety of senior role. He most recently served as managing director EMEA for Pontoon Solutions, Adecco’s outsourcing brand. He has also been CEO of the Adecco Group, Australia and New Zealand.

 $1.1 Billion Acquisition

In May, OMERS Private Equity, the private equity investment arm of Ontario-headquartered OMERS, entered into an agreement with New Mountain Capital to acquire Alexander Mann Solutions for $1.1 billion.

OMERS plans to provide support for the Alexander Mann Solutions management team and employees in deepening and expanding its sectorial and geographic focus, and investing in technology to further develop its value proposition for both new and prospective clients. The private equity firm said it “will also support Alexander Mann Solutions in driving consolidation in what remains a large but still fragmented market.”


Alexander Mann Launches Talent Collective
Alexander Mann Solutions has introduced its new consulting group, Talent Collective. While the leadership provider has offered a strong and comprehensive consulting segment as part of its talent solutions service platform within Alexander Mann Solutions, the differentiation of a dedicated consulting brand will formally enable it to provide greater end-to-end talent solutions.
