Alexander Mann Launches Talent Collective
March 29, 2017 – London-based talent acquisition and management services firm Alexander Mann Solutions has introduced its new consulting group, Talent Collective. While the leadership provider has offered a strong and comprehensive consulting segment as part of its talent solutions service platform within Alexander Mann Solutions, the differentiation of a dedicated consulting brand will formally enable it to provide greater end-to-end talent solutions for clients globally, according to the firm.
“The HR Industry has rarely been in such a state of flux, particularly with the growing integration of new and evolving technology, and it’s perhaps fair to say that the need for greater focus on the rapidly evolving global ‘gig’ workforce is now top of the agenda for many organizations,” said Jeremy Tipper, a managing director at Talent Collective.
Greater Clarity, More Options
“Alexander Mann Solutions is the recognized global leader in the RPO market, and while we have never shied away from a consultative approach – indeed it is something we live by – having a dedicated group enables greater clarity for clients, provides access to a team of expert professionals who are leaders in people management, and allows for greater options for businesses when it comes to their international talent solutions.”
“With such a strong RPO offering and now a dedicated consulting team, Alexander Mann Solutions will be able to better provide organizations with fully managed people solutions, with a quick and easy crossover from acquisition stage and on-boarding, through to staff development and off-boarding,” Mr. Tipper added. “The spirit of Talent Collective is that it is, in essence, a collective of brilliant consulting minds who are global leaders in their field.”
Talent Collective consultants equip clients to reach beyond their current goals and deliver sustainable advantage, said Mr. Tipper, by implementing holistic solutions through bespoke combinations of business practices. It provides consulting solutions in the following areas: employer brand & attraction; assessment; diversity & inclusion; talent technology; talent strategy consulting; market & competitive intelligence; workforce planning; data & insight; and grooming executive talent.
Alexander Mann Solutions has industry expertise in a number of sectors, specifically retail and financial services; investment banking and professional services; technology and media; defense, engineering and business services; energy; and healthcare and life sciences.
An expanding number of recruiting firms have launched new divisions in recent months.
ZRG Partners recently launched Orca Talent and named Mark Cusick as its leader. “Orca Talent turns data into decisions – highly accurate hiring decisions. Orca uses our sales algorithm ‘Salgorithum’ as a powerful hiring process leading to sales optimization and predictive analytics,” said Mr. Cusick. “The ‘gut-feel’ approach to hiring top talent does not work. Typical interview and hiring practices do not distinguish performers from non-performers, often resulting in ineffective and costly hires.” The key to building a winning sales organization, he said, is to use a proven method that consistently attracts, vets, and hires the all-stars who drive sales. “Orca Talent utilizes this method to drastically improve the effectiveness of current sales teams.”
U.K. headquartered recruiting firm Harrington Starr recently appointed Tony Marshall as its new managing partner and leader of the firm’s newly launched executive search division. Harrington Starr Executive Search will focus on searches for a number of inter-related sectors, including financial services; fintech; global markets; advisory; telecom & technology; and venture capital & private equity, among others.
CPL Resources, an Ireland-headquartered recruitment agency, has launched Ardlinn, an executive search firm dedicated to supporting the growing demand for corporate leaders within the Irish business sector. Ardlinn is using its international expertise and connections to provide Irish based companies with top level, C-suite talent. The idea behind the expansion is to assist companies in attracting high-value foreign direct investment (FDI) employment.
