Alexander Hughes Names Managing Partner of Paris Office

September 16, 2025 – Alexander Hughes has appointed Jean-Marie Simon as managing partner of the Paris office. “His appointment as managing partner of the Paris office follows his successful tenure as a client partner at our firm for several years, where he played a key role in managing our relationships with key clients, leading strategic initiatives and developing a deep understanding of their challenges,” Alexander Hughes said. “With a rich and multidisciplinary background in major technology groups, Jean-Marie is an expert in strategy, transformation and operational governance. He has successfully led numerous transformation projects in multicultural and international environments.”

Mr. Simon has led numerous large-scale projects aimed at supporting business change while revealing and strengthening the skills of teams, both locally and globally. “Known for his inspiring leadership and strong interpersonal skills, his expertise is a key asset in driving the development of new business opportunities and ensuring a high level of quality in the services delivered to clients,” Alexander Hughes said.

Mr. Simon also holds the role of co-head of the board services practice. He has more than thirty years of experience in the world of consulting and technological services, acquired within leading firms such as Atos and Schlumberger. His rich career has led him to occupy key positions in human resources, technology and general management, in France and internationally.
