Lisa Carter is a Senior Search Consultant with the firm’s national healthcare practice based in Atlanta. Lisa is a strategic and progressive Human Resources executive with over 30 years of extensive experience working in the Southeast, West Coast and Midwest regions across numerous sectors that include healthcare, non-profits and technology. Lisa has previously served as SVP of Human Resources for a multi-hospital, $500 million health system, and her strengths lie in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement and diversity/inclusion. Additionally, she has facilitated the human resource and organizational culture aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Lisa is a certified Executive Coach, Six Sigma Greenbelt, and Advanced Conflict Mediator. Lisa holds numerous certifications in the areas of leadership development, diversity, and union avoidance, and is a graduate of the Diversity Leadership Academy, Richard Riley Institute of Government, Politics & Public Leadership.
