Cindy Chandler

As founder and CEO of retained executive search firm Chandler Group, Cindy has served premier clients in a wide array of industry sectors including healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer products, delivering top tier leadership in the functional areas of finance, human resources, senior management, sales and marketing, communications, operations, and more. Cindy began her career of executive recruiting in 1995 in a New York based international search firm. Cindy’s total commitment to client service, her reputation for meticulous attention to detail, and her depth of industry knowledge are endorsed by her many repeat clients who view Cindy as a true trusted advisor.

Prior to her career in executive search, Cindy spent fifteen years with American Express Financial Advisors and Piper Jaffray. Cindy currently serves on the board for Women’s Health Leadership TRUST and is on the National Advisory Committee of Women Business Leaders in Healthcare in America. An active community volunteer for many years, Cindy’s community service includes board leadership for Project for Pride in Living, Juvenile Diabetes and Children’s Cancer Research Fund. Additionally, she chairs the Children’s Circle of Care for Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, a national major gift initiative. Cindy received her BA from the University of Minnesota.
