He brings a proven track record of excellence in client development and ensuring quality outcomes. Michael served as the Chief Recruiting Officer for one of America’s top 30 U.S. bank holding companies, as well as a Chief Operations Officer and Regional Healthcare HR Executive. He has led and administered hundreds of executive and management-level national searches. Michael’s gift for evaluating, managing and motivating fellow executives, combined with a passion for the “positive client and candidate experience” is a distinct advantage and asset to client organizations. Michael earned his master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is active in a variety of not-for-profit and charitable organizations and regularly serves on key advisory boards at local, regional and national levels.
