Lisa Fisher is a senior-level search veteran who has spent over twenty years leading executive searches, serving a wide range of organizations in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Lisa began her career as an executive recruiter with a New York-based executive search firm specializing in diversity recruitment. Lisa’s breadth of experience in the industry encompasses serving as principal in the Global Financial Services and Diversity Services Practice groups for a major firm based in Washington, D.C.; as principal for a firm spearheading searches for clients in the healthcare, financial services, non-profit, consumer products and clean technology arenas; and as a director with a firm specializing in food and agriculture; vice president and director with a leading firm where she focused her executive search efforts in the non-profit and higher education sectors. Lisa served as senior advisor to the Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she helped formulate outreach programs to proactively prevent discrimination in the workplace. Earlier in her career, Lisa spent numerous years on the client side, working in human resources, executive recruiting and consulting roles for financial institutions including Wells Fargo, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Howard University.
