ZRG Partners Appoints COO

March 11, 2014 – ZRG Partners Inc., a global provider of executive search and talent management solutions, has appointed Stacey Mainiero as its chief operating officer. Ms. Mainiero works out of the firm’s West Orange, NJ office and will manage and oversee daily activities worldwide. She previously held a senior level operations position with Korn Ferry where she managed the firm’s North East region. “Coming off of two straight years of 35 percent revenue growth, it was time to elevate our management team with someone of Stacey’s global operations pedigree,” said Larry Hartman, CEO. “Having just completed a meaningful acquisition in the first quarter and with more growth plans for 2014, her leadership will allow us to continue to grow in this market.” ZRG Partners provides human capital services to several key markets including financial services, health care and life sciences, technology, energy, and education.
