Westbourne Partners Rebrands to The Tayler Group

March 19, 2021 – Westbourne Partners US LP, an executive search and talent advisory firm focusing on the private equity and venture capital, technology, consulting industries, has rebranded as The Tayler Group. The U.S. business started in 2017 under the Westbourne Partners UK brand, but since then its operations have evolved and taken on its own identity. “As our business enters its next phase of growth, we feel the need for a new brand that communicates our culture and value proposition more accurately,” said Richard Broomhead, managing partner. The Tayler Group, based in New York City, has expertise in the U.S. market particularly among high growth firms in the fintech, management consultant and investor communities. The team advises their clients on brand positioning, talent strategies and hiring senior executives. Mr. Broomhead said: “We support our client base of innovative, and high-growth organizations through their respective growth journeys by effectively constructing and communicating their story to the market.”

Mr. Broomhead is accountable for the ongoing operations and growth of the business. He has over 15 years of experience in executive search, building and running businesses in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. He has experience in mentoring leadership teams at start-ups, raising capital for clients, connecting technology and consulting firms as well as optimizing search processes for The Tayler Group’s select client base. In addition to executive search, Mr. Broomhead leads The Tayler Group Future Talent Connector program, which works with young adults to prepare them for the corporate world and connect them to internship experiences.

The Search Team

Alexandra Seltzer leads the management consulting and professional services practice at The Tayler Group. She works across the professional services spectrum, with a specialty in identifying and extracting the best revenue-generating business and technology consulting leaders across industries. She has completed mandates across multiple geographies including North America, Europe and the Middle East.

Andrew Fine heads the fintech sales executive search business at The Tayler Group. He is responsible for the end-to-end relationship management, and the placement of senior sales contributors and C-level leaders with small/mid-sized fintech, data and research vendors, focusing on the financial services domain.

Joy Lillis heads the diversity, equity and inclusion practice at The Tayler Group and manages the firm’s relationships with diversity-focused organizations such as NYC Women in fintech. She works on cross-functional C-suite roles across the fintech and consulting businesses.
