Waterstone Human Capital Acquires Spectrum Recruiting Solutions

January 12, 2026 – Culture-driven executive search and leadership advisory firm Waterstone Human Capital has acquired Spectrum Recruiting Solutions, a U.S.-based professional recruitment firm specializing in manufacturing and engineering industries. The acquisition continues Waterstone’s expansion and reinforces its commitment to delivering culture-focused talent solutions across North America.

Third Significant Acquisition

This is the third significant acquisition that Waterstone has made in the last three years in the United States as it began with the 2022 acquisition of DRiWaterstone Human Capital in Arlington, VA. Last year, Waterson acquired Hire Integrated, a U.S.-based professional recruitment firm.
