TRANSEARCH Expands India Team
December 23, 2015 – TRANSEARCH International has strengthened its team in India with the additions of Ketaki Gupte, Radhika Vivek, and Anuj Roy.
Ms. Gupte, who joins the firm as a director, has over 35 years of experience in the service and recruiting industry with knowledge in consumer markets, media, advertising, marketing and HR.
Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, she owned Reflexion Inc., offering services in the area of senior-level recruiting, leadership development and coaching. For eight years, she was a senior client partner and managing director of Korn Ferry’s Mumbai office, and leader – consumer markets (India). Leading a team of 10, Ms. Gupte was responsible for over 200 senior-level placements across India. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2001, she spent more than two decades holding various positions within JWT.
Ms. Vivek, based in Mumbai, becomes a partner in the firm’s consumer practice as well as for the outsourcing & BPO practice of TRANSEARCH India.
She has over 20 years of experience, over 17 years of which have been in executive search. Ms. Vivek has worked across the consumer, retail, IT, ITES and financial services sectors and has closed senior mandates in the finance, marketing, sales, supply chain, IT and HR functions besides several CXO hires. During her stint with Randstad Executive Search, she built out and expanded a global consumer practice and gained expertise in cross border assignments, working with clients across South and South East Asia, the Middle East and the U.K. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, she was executive director and head of the Mumbai office at Sheffield Haworth India.
Anuj Roy is a partner with TRANSEARCH India and heads the firm’s digital practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in executive search, consulting and strategy.
Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, he built the digital search practice as a partner at Longhouse Consulting and worked extensively building leadership teams for digital businesses, including for e-commerce, online, mobile, digital media, ad-network and gaming companies.
Gulpreet Kaur Chalwa was recently promoted to principal in the firm’s New Delhi Office; she is a member of the firm’s healthcare & life sciences practice. She has extensive experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. In her role as principal, she manages key relationships and advises clients on issues related to talent and leadership hiring.
