Mr. Kahle joins Laureate with 20 years of experience in shaping and executing compensation strategies in both consulting and corporate environments. Most recently, he served as principal at Pearl Meyer and Partners, where he specialized in executive compensation for clients in life sciences, retail, and technology sectors. Previously, he held the position of head of global executive compensation at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where he managed a global team across the U.S., Japan, and Singapore. His experience also includes senior compensation consulting roles at Korn Ferry International, Grant Thornton LLP, and Mercer.
