The Talent Studios Recruits President for Beach House Group

April 23, 2026 – The Talent Studios has placed Fadi Sayegh as president at Beach House Group, the parent company of BÉIS luggage & PATTERN Beauty. The search was led by The Talent Studios’ Jeremy Cohen, Serena Smith, and Gretchen Koch.

Mr. Sayegh is a seasoned finance and operations executive who recently served as the CFO of MaryRuth’s Organics, where he helped to build the accounting and finance function from the ground up as revenue doubled and EBITDA tripled. He is also a former CFO of Alchemee (formerly The Proactiv Company).

As president, Mr. Sayegh will serve as the primary operating leader of Beach House Group, assuming full accountability for day-to-day execution, business performance, and financial leadership across the platform.

Mr. Cohen co-founded The Talent Studios in 2011 following early search experience at global executive search firm DHR Global, where he served as a principal in the firm’s retail/consumer and private equity practices. He has led pivotal leadership searches that have propelled privately held clients through growth to exit, as well as large-scale transformation and performance enhancement at large public companies and brands. In addition to search, Mr. Cohen assists clients with performance management and assessment strategy.

Ms. Koch is an associate partner in its executive search practice. She joined the firm from Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was a member of the customer activation & growth executive search practice, focused on omnichannel consumer brands, digital marketplaces and B2C edutech. Prior to entering the search industry, Ms. Koch was a brand executive at Peet’s Coffee and Nestle and began her career consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then spent three years at retail/consumer strategy consultancy firm, Kurt Salmon & Associates.

Ms. Smith is a senior associate. She is entering her third year at The Talent Studios, where she support search execution on senior leadership searches. She joined The Talent Studios following graduation from Bucknell University.

Mr. Ruffolo joins 2WAY following an extensive career as a media industry leader, most recently at Nexstar Media Group serving as senior vice president and general manager for The Hill and NewsNation Digital.
