Massey Henry Assists Kindred Credit Union with Chief People and Culture Officer Search

Ms. Vrbanac brings over 20 years of people and culture leadership experience, most recently serving as senior vice president, people and culture at Axonify, where she was a key member of the executive team and partnered closely with leaders to align people strategy with business outcomes.

Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, Ms. Vrbanac will provide strategic leadership and oversight of Kindred’s human resources and organizational development. She will ensure that corporate strategy elevates organizational culture and core values, while aligning people-centric initiatives with strategic goals.
