The Miles Group/TMG Expands with Former McKinsey CEO Coach
November 25, 2019 – Seasoned CEO and executive coach Endre Holen has joined executive recruitment firm The Miles Group/TMG as managing director. He has served as a top advisor to influential, industry-changing CEOs for more than 25 years.

Mr. Holen previously led McKinsey & Company’s global technology, media and telecommunications practice. In that role, he advised numerous Fortune 1000 leadership teams through large cost, revenue, portfolio and performance transformations. His experience crossed all parts of a company’s value chain – from sourcing and supply chain to product strategy, development and engineering to sales and marketing to the broader strategy around growth.
Mr. Holen has been a regular advisor to Fortune 1000 boards throughout career on mergers and transformations, strategic rationale, synergies, value creation story, and integration process. He received his undergraduate degree in computer science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and he earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
