The Forum Group Expands Private Wealth Management Practice
March 20, 2026 – Executive search firm The Forum Group has expanded with the addition of Jack Manire as director of private wealth management. “We’re excited to welcome Jack Manire to The Forum Group as director of private wealth management,” the firm said in a LinkedIn post. “Jack joined The Forum Group because of the people, culture, and commitment to excellence. He’ll be working closely with Ronnie Encina to continue building out the private wealth management division into one of the firm’s most successful verticals.”
Mr. Manire brings deep experience in the wealth management space, having previously served as vice president of advisor recruiting at Dynasty Consulting. Earlier in his career, he worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and at the recruiting firm Smith Arnold Partners. “Jack has built a strong track record helping financial advisors find opportunities that transform their careers and their families’ lives,” The Forum Group said.
Since 1974, The Forum Group, a veteran owned firm, has provided executive search services in New York City, vendor management and consulting fields, providing clients with human capital, process management, and financial consulting services.
Last year, The Forum Group added Jesse Bernesby as director of financial services. In this newly created leadership role, Mr. Bernesby focuses on building a high-performing vertical across compliance, risk, product, and quantitative functions, critical areas in today’s regulatory and data-driven world.
