Ms. Logan is a strategic talent and operational leader with 18+ years of cross-sector experience in higher education and healthcare. She is an expert in driving organizational effectiveness by designing and executing strategic talent acquisition, robust talent review processes, and workforce planning. Ms. Logan has proven track record in developing and launching leadership development programs and managing internship initiatives. She previously served as senior director, organizational effectiveness at the University of Notre Dame.
