Ms. Cherry is an accomplished HR leader with experience across fintech, SaaS, publishing, media, and professional services industries. Most recently, as CHRO at MarketWise, she played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 300 to 1,000 employees and positioning it as a NASDAQ-listed public company. Ms. Cherry has expertise in employee relations, executive coaching, DE&I, and total rewards.
As the newly appointed CPO at Mintz Group, she brings a track record in building HR infrastructures, leading M&A integrations, and developing workforce strategies. Ms. Cherry was hired by Mintz to will revolutionize the HR landscape for an expanding professional services firm, renowned as a trusted advisor to the world’s leading organizations. The Christopher Group notes that her HR expertise will set the benchmark for excellence, influencing every aspect of the employee life cycle. She will prepare the firm for significant growth, aiming to double its size by crafting a compelling value proposition and designing effective talent attraction and retention strategies.
Additionally, Ms. Cherry will develop comprehensive professional development plans, clear career paths, and a structured hiring process, including interview scorecards. The Christopher Group has placed Monna Nevils as the new chief people officer of Ideal Image. Ms. Noble is president of the HR consulting services division unit as well as practice leader for the firm’s expanding diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement practice. She joined The Christopher Group leadership team as chief human resources officer and managing partner in 2020. She brings over 25 years of comprehensive human resources leadership to the firm.
Ms. Perez brings over 18 years of experience to The Christopher Group. Previously, she was head of HR for the business group functional organizations at Honeywell, where she managed more than 3,000 people across finance, legal, IT, M&A, transformation and commercial excellence for an $11 billion Honeywell strategic business group.
TCG boasts a team of seasoned HR executives with backgrounds from companies, including Pepsi, GE, Merrill Lynch, Novartis, Dell, Microsoft, and Citi Bank.
