January 17, 2025 – The Christopher Group (TCG), a boutique HR executive search and business solutions recruiting firm, has recruited Mustafa Hazime as the new chief people, culture, and belonging officer the Corning Museum of Glass. With over a decade of leadership experience, Mr. Hazime has tackled complex business challenges and fostered collaborative environments that empower team members to evolve into strategic partners. His most recent role as director of human resources, diversity, and inclusion at MERS of Michigan saw him lead comprehensive HR initiatives, including a national CEO search and talent development programs.
In his new role with the Corning Museum of Glass, Mr. Hazime will provide strategic thought and leadership to advance and align the HR and diversity and inclusion functions with the overall strategic direction and priorities of the museum. His role focuses on building institutional excellence through a full span of human resources and DEI&A-related practices that enable a high-performance, equitable and inclusive work environment.
