The Buller Group Completes Search for TASC

October 7, 2011 – The Buller Group, an international human capital services and recruiting firm, has recruited retired vice admiral Thomas J. Kilcline Jr. as vice president of naval programs for TASC. Mr. Kilcline served as Commander of Naval Air Forces, leading the Navy's aviation force of 100,000 personnel, 11 nuclear aircraft carriers and 2,800 Navy aircraft. “It was an honor to recruit someone of Tom's stature and experience for our client TASC,” said vice president Jay Andre who conducted the search. “Tom is an exceptional leader who brings an in-depth knowledge of the changing needs of the U.S. Navy.” TASC is a provider of advanced systems engineering, integration and decision-support services to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and civilian agencies of the federal government.
