October 7, 2011 – Executive recruiter Nosal Partners LLC has named Rick Pedersen as a client partner in the firm’s New York office. He will conduct senior-level assignments in the financial services industry. With 17 years of recruiting experience within the financial services sector, Mr. Pedersen was most recently a recruitment relationship manager for Allegis Group Services, where he led a team of recruiting professionals and provided full lifecycle recruitment services for his clients. In addition to his seven year career at Allegis Group Services, Mr. Pedersen executed search assignments as an account executive at Management Recruiters of Westport in Connecticut, and as an associate recruiter at Drum Associates, Inc. in New York.
