Stevenson Search Partners Expands

October 1, 2026 – Fort Lee, NJ-based Stevenson Search Partners, a global life science executive search firm and a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 ranked search firm, has expanded with the addition of Jim LoSapio to its on-demand talent solutions team as director, business development.
“Jim has developed a strong understanding of the unique talent, consulting, and resource challenges facing life sciences organizations at various stages of growth,” Stevenson Search Partners said in a LinkedIn post. “His ability to build trusted client relationships, understand complex business needs, and develop tailored solutions has been a consistent theme throughout his career. At Stevenson, Jim will strengthen our ability to provide clients with flexible access to specialized talent that’s uniquely tailored to their business, programs, and stage of growth. We’re thrilled to have Jim’s expertise as we continue to expand our on-demand practice, delivering exceptional value and comprehensive solutions to our clients.”
Mr. LoSapio brings over 25 years of business development experience in the life sciences sector, specializing in consulting and functional service provider (FSP) engagements across medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies. He began his career with the Allegis Group companies, where he built extensive experience in both client and talent acquisition while leading business development efforts for consulting and services engagements across engineering, laboratory, and clinical research functions.
Starting as a technical recruiter and account manager, Mr. LoSapio progressed into increasingly strategic leadership roles, ultimately serving as a Senior Strategic Account Executive. In this capacity, he managed a $50 million portfolio of top 10 global life sciences accounts while consistently exceeding growth and performance targets.
Following his tenure with Allegis Group, Mr. LoSapio joined Apellis Pharmaceuticals as a talent acquisition consultant, providing him with valuable experience working from within a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical organization. He later returned to business development with Peritia, where he partnered with small and mid-sized life sciences companies to develop consulting and workforce strategies designed to help advance critical programs and achieve key business objectives.
With more than 40 years of experience, Stevenson Search Partners serves the global biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, health technology, and CRO/CDMO sectors, with offices in the U.S. and the U.K. Founded in 1979, Stevenson’s expertise includes C-suite, research, clinical, development, commercial manufacturing, and corporate functions, and working with companies ranging from start-ups and academic spinouts to large pharma clients.

Recent Alliance
Stevenson Search Partners and HAVEN, a leadership development advisory firm, recently created a strategic partnership under Tidemark Talent Solutions, a newly formed holding company focused on building an integrated human capital platform. Tidemark will seek to acquire and scale high-performing specialist firms in the human capital space while leveraging shared infrastructure, operational resources, and go-to-market strategy across the platform.
Tidemark is led by Larry Dolinko, the current CEO of Stevenson Search Partners, who has been named CEO of Tidemark Talent Solutions, overseeing both entities in the platform. “Tidemark was built to address a gap we consistently saw in the market,” Mr. Dolinko said. “Companies often rely on multiple disconnected partners across the leadership lifecycle – one firm to assess talent, another to recruit executives and key talent, another to support onboarding and development. By bringing these capabilities together under one unified platform, we can provide clients with a more integrated, consistent approach to leadership and organizational performance.”
“The teams at HAVEN and Stevenson have collaborated for many years across a variety of mutual clients, making this a very natural partnership,” said Jennifer Marchi, founder of HAVEN. “By coming together under Tidemark, we are able to provide clients with a more integrated and comprehensive approach across the leadership lifecycle. We’ve long believed that finding the right leadership – be it through traditional search or on-demand – and developing that leadership are two sides of the same coin. By combining under Tidemark, we can now offer clients this range of services in a seamless, integrated way. This is what the market has been missing.”
