SPMB Executive Search Recruits CEO for Suralink

Mr. Fitzpatrick’s appointment comes as Suralink continues to experience rapid growth and receive significant market recognition for its innovative and customer-centric products. The company now serves more than 1,000 firms globally, including many of the largest audit, tax, and advisory firms in the world.

Mr. Fitzpatrick brings more than a decade of leadership as a senior executive at high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as the chief product officer at AuditBoard where he oversaw company strategy and product development. During his tenure at AuditBoard, he also served as SVP and general manager of the IT risk and compliance product line, overseeing product strategy and development as well as go-to-market and customer success. Prior to that, Mr. Fitzpatrick spent 10 years at Bain Capital as an operating partner and executive working with portfolio company management teams to drive transformational growth.

She partners exclusively with market-changing growth equity and private equity-backed software and technology-enabled services companies to place C-level and EVP/SVP-level executives cross-functionally across North America. Ms. Moreno and her team have recruited CEOs and all functional areas reporting to the CEO.

Mr. Leach joined SPMB from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a member of the financial services practice. In 2019, he helped open and lead SPMB’s New York office to bookend the firm’s national presence. As a project leader, Mr. Leach works across software, technology, and private equity clients to identify and place C-level executives. Having completed dozens of searches ranging from pre-revenue to the public markets, he has built an extensive network of innovative companies and transformational talent.

Mr. Kapoor is a seasoned C-level technology executive with deep experience leading complex engineering organizations across hardware, software, and SaaS technology companies. He has a track record of success at companies including Fitbit and Life360, where he also served as chief technology officer. Mr. Kapoor is an operating partner at Diversis Capital, a software and technology-focused growth private equity firm with over $1 billion AUM. He formerly served as executive vice president, engineering and product at Swift Navigation.
