Spencer Stuart to Recruit New Board Members for Cedar Fair

May 7, 2010 – Executive search firm Spencer Stuart has been selected by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company to lead in its search for two new board members. The company will be increasing its board from seven directors to nine. Cedar Fair is a publicly traded partnership headquartered in Sandusky, Ohio, and one of the largest regional amusement-resort operators in the world.
