Slone Partners Recruits CEO for the Personalized Medicine Coalition

November 25, 2024 – Life sciences-focused search firm Slone Partners has assisted in the recruitment of Amy Nicole Nayar as the new president and CEO of the Personalized Medicine Coalition (PMC) in South Riding, VA. Currently, Dr. Nayar serves as vice president for U.S. patient advocacy & government affairs at Novartis Gene Therapies. In this position, she collaborates to streamline genetic testing and treatment pathways, paving the way for patients to benefit from some of the world’s most innovative personalized treatments. During her career, Dr. Nayar has held senior executive roles at Pfizer, AbbVie, and Porter Novelli.
