Salveson Stetson Group Places Chief HR and Culture Officer for Longwood Gardens
January 18, 2023 – Radnor, PA-based executive search firm Salveson Stetson Group has assisted in the recruitment of Shelley Dinehart as chief human resources and culture officer for Longwood Gardens. “We recently had the honor of partnering with Longwood Gardens in an executive search to find its new chief human resources and culture officer, and we are pleased to share that Shelley Dinehart has joined their team to fill the role,” Salveson Stetson Group said. “She will be working closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to ensure the organization has progressive human resources practices focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining the best talent to deliver the highest quality services to their guests.
Ms. Dinehart brings nearly 30 years of human resources experience in financial services, across HR, consumer practices, and communications. Having guided teams through mergers, acquisitions, and re-organizations, she developed a passion for helping leaders identify the optimal organization structure, supported by the right talent and strategies to engage employees. Ms. Dinehart believes thoughtful, actionable, individualized development plans leveraging on-the-job experiences are vital to preparing leaders for future roles.
Most recently, Ms. Dinehart founded and served as principal of Tallaine Associates, a human resources consulting firm that provides advisory services focused on aligning organizational design and talent plans with changing business strategies. Before this, she was with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors since 1993. As Chase’s head of HR, she partnered with the CEO to unite consumer businesses under one structure and strategy. In addition, she established the talent and succession plan, implemented the people management strategy, and managed the delivery of HR services for 150,000 employees globally across banking, lending, credit card, auto finance, mortgage, and wealth management services.

In 1906, industrialist Pierre du Pont purchased a small farm near Kennett Square, PA, to save a collection of historic trees from being sold for lumber. Salveson Stetson Group has assisted in the recruitment of Josette Jean-Francois as the new senior director of talent and learning at B. Braun Medical Inc. (U.S.), a leader in infusion therapy and pain management that develops, manufactures, and markets innovative medical products and services to the healthcare industry. “We recently had the honor of partnering with B. Braun Medical to find their new senior director of talent and learning, and we are pleased to share that Josette Jean-Francois will be joining their team to fill the role,” Salveson Stetson Group said.
Ms. Stetson brings more than two decades of experience as an executive search consultant. She has worked across diverse industries including life sciences and pharmaceutical, healthcare systems, manufacturing, telecommunications, non-profit, and professional services. Ms. Stetson also serves as practice leader for the firm’s human resources specialty practice. Prior to co-founding her firm, Ms. Stetson served as vice president of client services for Right Management Consultants and as vice president of W.K. Gray and Associates, an executive search firm. She also held senior human resources management positions at Thomas Jefferson University.
