March 1, 2018 – Fargo, ND-headquartered executive search firm Sagency has acquired coaching firm Success Energetics and appointed its founder and CEO Brian Rinke as director.
Mr. Rinke has over 26 years of corporate business experience and has served as an executive and leadership coach for over 10 years. He works with corporate executives, business owners, entrepreneurs and private individuals looking to boost their levels of success and satisfaction. In his new role, Mr. Rinke is responsible for helping Sagency’s clients with executive and leadership growth, strategy and execution, and succession planning.

Search firms continue to break into new areas, be it through acquisition, alliances or providing new services.
