Russell Reynolds Associates Names Managing Partner for the U.K.
May 4, 2026 – Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates recently appointed Tristan Jervis as managing partner for the U.K. Based in London, he works closely with some of the world’s largest multinational corporations and leading private equity firms to attract, assess, and develop high-impact technology executives.
Mr. Jervis focuses on transformational leadership issues, ranging from the assessment and hiring of key executive and board positions to individual and team development. He is a trusted advisor to boards and C-suites on transformation and change underpinned by digital innovation, including product, engineer, data and analytics, and cybersecurity. He also works closely with private equity across both the fund and portfolio companies environments.
After nearly 20 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, Mr. Jervis has established himself as a leading advisor to boards and CEOs on technology, AI and digital led transformation. Prior to Russell Reynolds, he spent his early career in boutique executive search and assessment firms focused on functional technology and digital leadership.

Newly Appointed Chief Science Officer
