RSR Partners Grows HR Practice

May 13, 2011 – RSR Partners, a corporate governance and executive search firm based in Greenwich, Conn., has added Wendy Murphy as managing director and head of the firm's chief human resources practice (CHRO). Ms. Murphy will also be a member of the firm's board recruiting practice. "Wendy's vast experience working with human resources leaders is a strategic addition to our firm, and will be an important complement to our board recruiting practice," said Russell S. Ms. Murphy has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and executive search, where she has conducted over 300 senior level searches during her career. Her previous experience includes a dozen years in executive search, most recently with Heidrick & Struggles as the managing partner and head of the CHRO practice. Her search assignments have spanned across financial, technology, transportation, consumer, federal government and non-profit sectors globally.
