Futurestep Expands Latin American Business

May 13, 2011 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has appointed Roberto Spuri as managing director of its Latin American business. Mr. Spuri will be responsible for driving the growth of Futurestep's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), consulting and retained search services across the region. Mr. Spuri brings to Futurestep a wealth of experience in the HR outsourcing arena. He joins the company from Convergys, which was recently acquired by NorthgateArinso, where he led the organization's client services division in Brazil.
