Rokos Group Recruits CFO for Keck Medicine of USC

January 22, 2026 – Newport Beach, CA-based executive search firm Rokos Group has placed Christian Pass as CFO of Keck Medicine of USC. “Pass has more than 30 years of health care finance leadership experience with a proven history of cultivating high-performing teams and guiding organizations through critical financial and operational transformations,” said Rod Hanners, CEO of Keck Medicine. “He brings tremendous knowledge and skill to this position that will support the continued growth of the health system.”

Mr. Pass has held senior leadership roles at the national health services organization Optum. In his most current position, he served as president overseeing provider clients and pay-vider clients (healthcare organizations that deliver care and manage the financial aspects of care). Before working at Optum, Mr. Pass held several senior financial leadership positions at John Muir Health, a health system located in Contra Costa County in Northern California, culminating in his role as CFO.

In his new position, Mr. Pass will manage Keck Medicine’s strategic financial plans, financial and governmental reporting, budgeting, funds flow, revenue cycle, accounting and supply chain. He will collaborate closely with senior executives across the health system and the University of Southern California and lead financial activities and decisions that support the organization’s long-term sustainability.

Rokos Group also helped to recruit Elise Myers as the chief revenue officer at Keck Medicine of USC. Ms. Myers brings a wealth of experience and vision, and this new position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue strategy and innovation at Keck Medicine. She previously served as vice president of clinical revenue integrity for Renton, WA-based Providence. Her position transferred to R1 RCM in July as part of Providence’s partnership with the revenue cycle management company. At R1 RCM, Ms. Myers served as a vice president, supporting the company’s operating strategy and programs team. She also previously served as vice president of revenue cycle strategy and innovation at Providence.
