January 17, 2020 – Rochelle Schumer, president of R&L Associates, a recruitment provider specializing in placing search professionals within the headhunting sector, has assisted in merging veteran life sciences recruiter Jennifer Chase and her firm, ChasePartners, with ZurickDavis, a search firm that recruits executives and physician leaders for healthcare organizations.

Ms. Chase has served as a key adviser to many clients across Europe and North America and gained deep industry expertise helping large, mid and small cap companies to recruit leaders from a broad range of industry sectors, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics and healthcare services.
Ms. Chase has helped recruit non-executive directors, chief executive officers, chief operating officers and vice presidents with significant functional experience in commercial and business development, quality and regulatory affairs, as well as clinical development, translational medicine and market access.
20 Years of Experience
With more than 20 years’ experience in international executive search, Ms. Chase has held leadership roles for some of the world’s top global executive search consultancies. She worked in Boston as a managing director/partner with both large and smaller boutique firms, including Witt Kieffer and Heidrick &Struggles. Prior to that, she gained 10 years of experience with a specialized boutique firm, Euromedica, using her extensive knowledge in the life science industry to recruit talent for clients across Europe and Asia.
In 2019, Ms. Chase founded her own firm. “To fortify this position, Chase Partners has joined forces with ZurickDavis, bringing us closer to those hospital and service institutions,” said Ms. Chase.
ZurickDavis is a search firm that recruits executives and physician leaders for healthcare organizations of all types. To complement its core business, the firm has developed two other areas of expertise that many organizations require: coaching for new executives and their teams and recruiting interim leaders to serve while a search is being conducted. The firm was founded by CEO Jeffrey Zegas in 1986.

Ms. Schumer has over 25 years of experience conducting executive search assignments across multiple industries throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe.
