Right Executive Search Expands Services

December 9, 2012 – Right Executive Search LLC (RES), a recruiting partner to many top employers in the New York tri-state area, has added staff and expanded services to offer private career coaching to individual job-seekers. The expansion enables RES’ executive search professionals to counsel and assist individuals with their job searches and career goals in all disciplines, whether or not they are qualified for specific open positions being handled by RES. Elisa Sheftic will co-head the career coaching team with Melanie Donus, a partner in the firm. Ms. Sheftic will advise job-seekers on networking, organizing their job searches, preparing for interviews, and utilizing Linkedin, job boards and social media. Ms. Donus will focus on resume assistance. She is a former client services executive for Deutsche Bank, who has crafted and enhanced countless resumes for candidates successfully placed by RES. The team also includes: Marianne Grady, currently a human resources director for a $2-billion private equity firm, who shares her expertise in all facets of talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interviewing; and Heidi Sehrt Gerhard, a certified career coach with vas experience in executive search and corporate recruitment. “Helping our candidates to present themselves in the best light has always been a favorite part of what we do,” said Ms. Sheftic, president and managing partner of Right Executive Search. “We’ve been very successful in our placements, but we’ve also seen many worthy job-seekers who were not quite the right fit for positions we were handling at that particular time. Until now, RES did not have the resources to provide professional help with their resumes, job searches, and interviewing skills. With this expansion, we’re now able to extend our services in new ways to all interested job-seekers.” RES is a boutique executive search firm focused on the accounting, consulting and financial services fields.
