Valérie Hazard

Prior to joining GenSearch, during her eight previous professional years, Valérie developed an expertise in the field of medical device as Human Resources Director for Guidant and Abbott Vascular.

In this context, she had the opportunity to work on the development and implementation of tools and approaches such as performance excellence, added value selling, or employer branding (“Best Place to Work”).

She was also responsible for organisation optimisation, people development, and the establishment of talent pools in a succession planning framework. In particular, she was in charge of creating and implementing assessment and succession planning tools.
