Stéphanie Blanc

Stéphanie joined Gensearch with 16 years of executive search experience; 12 years of which in recruiting executives across the Life Science industry with a particular focus on pharmaceutical, biotechnology and dermo-cosmetic companies.

She has a strong track record of middle-to-senior level search assignments working with both regional headquarters and local subsidiaries and across a large range of functions including Sales & Marketing, General Management, Business Development, Market Access, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Quality.

Prior to joining GenSearch, she was a Senior Associate with a global leading executive search firm and worked on international cross-border assignments for the life sciences sector. Through her experience in the Executive Search industry, she has built a broad network of Senior Life Science executives in Europe.
