Camille Dumand

Prior to GenSearch, Camille occupied the position of Consultant with proven expertise at the executive search branch of the global leader of solutions for Human Resources. There, she was able to broaden her experience in different sectors, such as IT and Insurance.

She also deepened her corporate psychology know-how throughout her recruitment assignments, by conducting multiple assessments and personality reviews based on questionnaires, within the framework of Assessment Centers or without. Previously, she worked for two years within the Korn Ferry-Futurestep Group in executive search and assessment.
