During these years, he actually recruited and assessed hundreds of executives for the Global Life Sciences/Healthcare market. He also participated in strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing projects for the global or regional HR Departments of Life Science market leaders.
He was also the consultancy’s key user of ACs (assessment centers) and developed an array of assessment tools, dedicated to specific healthcare market roles. Sébastien graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Strasbourg (1996 – Physics Engineering School), with a specialization in biomedical engineering.
After a few experiences within prestigious biology research centers (Institut Pasteur, Inserm, IRCAD), he began his career as a biomedical engineer in a French military hospital. Following this experience, he joined companies dedicated to the maintenance and control of medical equipment: successively, CGEM (initially, the subsidiary of the first French Private Hospital Group, Générale de Santé, later acquired by GE Healthcare), and AMTECH Médical, as Sales and Tech manager.
