Christian Moll

Holding an equivalent to a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, Christian started his career as an Assistant Tax Practitioner with a German auditing company focused on international clients with subsidiaries in Germany.

Among other tasks, he was responsible for the financial accounting, the reporting as well as for the preparation of business plans and annual financial statements.

Furthermore, Christian assisted in the formation process of companies, the preparation of employment contracts and in new customer development activities. Prior to working at GenSearch, Christian was a recruiter with two global U.S.- headquartered Executive Search boutiques, where he contributed to various successful placements in the areas of Life Sciences, Chemicals and Industrial Operations.
