Terri Boutwell

​Terri joined the firm as a Principal in 2012. She is focusing her efforts on the Investment Management sector, specifically searches involving capital raisers, marketing, sales and investor relations positions. After more than 20 years in the commercial real estate business, Terri brings a proven track record in asset management, sales and marketing. At Prudential Real Estate Investment Advisors, Terri was Vice President, Marketing & Client Relations in San Francisco. In this position for 10 years, Terri raised investment capital for Prudential’s real estate advisory funds and managed all public & corporate pension fund client relationships in the Western United States. This position also included cross selling of Prudential’s Alternative Investment Products on a global basis to US pension fund investors. Prior to her Marketing role, Terri was the Vice President, Asset Management, for Embarcadero Center and Pacific Telesis Center in San Francisco, where she was responsible for broker & tenant relationships, as well as managing the Joint Venture Partnerships with The Rockefeller Group & Jones Lange.

Before moving to San Francisco, she was an Asset Manager for a Los Angeles portfolio of office and industrial properties. Earlier in her career, she was the Western Region Controller responsible for Investor Accounting, as well as a Real Estate Auditor, overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and hotel properties. Terri holds a BS Degree in Accounting and a MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. Through her Prudential affiliation, Terri had been a long standing member of PREA, ULI and the San Francisco Chapter of CREW. Her community involvement includes a Board position for Adopt a Family of Marin, as well as a fundraiser for the National MS Society.
