He has over 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the Food & Beverage, Consumer-Packaged goods, and Durable goods industries. He was also a Managing Consultant with a leading marketing and general management consulting firm.

Throughout his career Roz has developed the unique ability to identify growth and general management opportunities, focus resources on meeting key objectives, and effectively manage change for Fortune 500 companies and startups.
