Practice Leader

Mike is a Practice Leader within the Crane & Rigging and Specialized Transportation practice at Global Executive Solutions Group, with an emphasis on companies utilizing flatbed, over-dimensional, and heavy-haul transport. His experience and sound recruiting background has provided him with a unique ability to understand and focus on customer needs.

Mike strives to help companies and smart, talented people reach a win-win situation. Utilizing his strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills and personal integrity, he provides well-managed organizations with talented individuals in the Crane & Rigging / Specialized Transportation industry segment.

Prior to joining Global Executive Solutions group Mike received experience recruiting in the light industrial and warehouse space, after having spent 6yrs in medical device sales. He has a BS in Prepharmacy from Ohio University, with a concentration in Organic Chemistry. Outside of his career, he enjoys the Cleveland food and brewery scenes and is a member of the Cleveland Playhouse, Natural History Museum, Aquarium, and Zoo.
