Mica is an Executive Recruiter leading the Freight Brokerage practice at Global Executive Solutions Group, with an emphasis on clients and candidates specializing in mode management including Truckload, LTL, Refrigerated, Bulk, Heavy haul, Over dimensional, Rail, Ocean and Air. Mica understands that every organization has different needs for top talent and is able to meet those unique requirements in a variety of functional areas at the C-level, VP, Director, and Manager levels.

By understanding her candidates’ career objectives, her client’s needs, as well as the market, Mica brings together the most talented individuals with her clients that result in satisfactory matches for both parties and positively impact the performance of her clients’ businesses. She attributes her success to her attention to detail, analytical skills, industry knowledge, and a work ethic driven by positive results.

Before joining the Global Executive Solutions Group, Mica gained experience in human resources as well as compliance in the medical and transportation industries. Her background includes extensive travel to Eastern & Western Europe, Central America, and Mexico. Mica speaks English, Serbo-Croatian, and Spanish. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mount Union with a BA in International Business and Economics. She is currently pursuing her MBA degree at the University of Akron.
