Pat leads our Warehouse & Distribution practice. With an in-depth understanding of top talent through serving in roles in manufacturing, operations, and engineering with Del Monte Foods, Dow Chemical, & Koch Industries, Pat ensures that the right individuals are identified, qualified, and presented to his clients on a timely basis.

He has successfully applied certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, and APICS as well an engineering degree and an MBA to build tactical and strategic manufacturing plans that delivered timely and highly effective performance.

He has been a manufacturing and corporate leader recognized for architecting manufacturing strategies, developing, and mentoring high performance teams and leveraging best practices to deliver continuous improvements across multiple business functions including engineering, production, scheduling, maintenance, global transportation, inventory planning, distribution, and logistics.

Pat has a strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. He is dedicated to helping our clients find high quality, high impact talent by leveraging his strong background and industry contacts.
