Josiah is a Practice Leader working with our Bulk Transportation team as part of Specialized Transportation in Global Executive Solutions Group. He states that a firm’s success begins from the top down and strives to ensure that his clients will be able to select the highest quality individuals available for their C-Level, VP, Director, Manager and individual producer requirements.

Through a well-organized process, Josiah is able to understand, acknowledge and match his clients’ expectations with his candidates’ needs.

He considers his strengths to include his strong work ethic, excellent communications, and his ability to relate with others. He has had a passion for soccer throughout his life and feels he has developed leadership and team building skills through that sport. He states that he is very competitive and likes to win when people with which he is competing are at their best. He believes this high energy level and that his desire to win serves him well in the recruiting profession.

Josiah is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services. He interned with two financial service companies: Merrily Lynch and Raymond James. At Wright State, he was a life guard and pool manager on campus.

Previously he worked as a life guard in the summers. He enjoys fitness, trail running, pickup sports, the outdoors, cooking and reading.
