Practice Leader

Katelyn is a Practice Leader in the Freight Brokerage practice at Global Executive Solutions Group with an emphasis on brokers specializing in mode management including Truckload, LTL, Refrigerated, Bulk, Heavy haul, Over dimensional, Rail, Ocean and Air.

Katelyn understands that each client may have different needs for top talent and is able to meet those unique requirements in a variety of functional areas at the C-level, VP, Director, and Manager levels.

By understanding both her candidate’s career objectives in detail as well as her client’s needs, Katelyn is able to bring together the most talented individuals with her clients that result in valuable matches for both parties and positively impact the performance of her clients’ businesses. She attributes her success to her thoroughness, analytical skills and a work ethic driven by positive results.

Prior to joining Global Executive Solutions Group, she has gained leadership, teamwork, communication, and recruitment experience through an internship with The Cleveland Clinic. She is a graduate of the University of Mount Union with a BS in Psychology. She has gained self-confidence, competitiveness, time management & work ethic, discipline, and adaptability through being a collegiate athlete at Mount Union. Outside of her career, she enjoys being involved in sports, outdoor adventures, and traveling.
