As an Executive Search Consultant, Paulina identifies, recruits and engages talented leaders for nonprofits nationwide. Paulina brings exceptional project management and organizational skills, as well as a passion for positive social impact.

Before joining Koya, Paulina was an Associate Search Consultant with Commongood Careers. As an Associate Search Consultant, Paulina collaborated with the search and recruitment teams to foster a strong talent pool for clients.

Paulina began her career began as a City Year Americorps Member in a Spanish 3rd-grade classroom at the Sarah Greenwood Dual Language School in Dorchester, MA. After City Year, she continued her work in a youth-serving mentorship organization where she supported youth and volunteers through tailored guidance, recruited committed volunteers and facilitated community partnerships.

Paulina holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Sciences, with a concentration in Youth Development.
